The Legendary Trout; has anybody else found it?

A few days ago I caught the legendary trout in Lake Champlain. The trout weighed 25 pounds and its name was something like Toad? I didn't realize it at first and almost missed it. When I went to the trophy tanks it wasn't there; i thought all legendary fish go there (that's the only one I've caught). Do the rest go there? When I go to the stats screen it says that I found the legendary trout, so I know I caught it. Has anybody else found this fish? I haven't seen anybody else talking about this fish or its location. The book said all species of fish have legendary ones, but every where I look people only say ten fish. I know I'm not the only one that has caught the legendary trout.

I haven't been able to catch it yet, but I saw the golden glow above the water where all the lake trout where indicating that he's there. What lure did you catch him with?

I used the black/chartreuse ribbontail worm. I knew it was a big one, but wasn't really paying attention; I had other people in the room. I only caught a glimpse of the fish and than someone told me it was legendary.

The fish wasn't that hard to catch or pull in, but I was there for a while and caught my trophy trout (20lbs) right before.

Im just mad because for whatever reason, there wasn't room in the trophy tank for the legendary fish.

gotcha, thanks for the info...the only two legendary I am having trouble with is this trout and wally...for some reason i can't get those two to bite. did you catch it in shallower or deeper water

I do believe i was in about 20 feet of water when i caught the trout, he was the third one i caught too earlier casts were into deep water but had no fish present at all untill into shallower water.
