Stuck in spider room

Hi there,

can anybody help me with this:

I am in room with spiders, its just after the first giant spider hanging from the ceiling. I opened a spider web to enter this room. The room has no ground and there is a time switch in it. I also found the map for this area in the upper part of the room. I guess I have to slow down time here and do anything, but no idea what...

In the middle of the room (upper left part, by the timeswitch) there will be a long platform suspended by cobwebs. You need to jump on the end of it, slow time, then run to the end and jump to the higher area.
