struggling to negotiate

hi im in a master league, and i struggle to negotiate players. Im liverpool and i cant even negotiate 75 rated players who are transfer listed. So i was wandering can you upgrade negotitating or something . cheers

You can pay to buy some better agents, buy a level 5 one ;)

Like Gottle says, hire the Lv5 agent.

I had no problems getting Kaka to sign after the first season.
