Wtf Ronald?

I won't get the call for Ronald's Appetite scoop. I'm on day 2 now and it's 7pm, or actually its like 9pm and still no call. I don't know why I haven't received the call. I think its because Transmissionary is my last achievement for Dead Rising and this game has to fuck with me now so I wouldn't accidently get the achievement.

This achievement is a real bastard to get. First time I tried for it I got hit whilst answering a call so it cancelled it and Otis didn't bother phoning back!
You need to be really prepared and have a good guide. Remember to save most people so that there are enough people in the rooms to trigger the food run, mutiny and wine scoops.
