can anyone tell me where i can find the thing to start the skeleton key quest???

The shrine of Nocturnal, North of Leyawiin, Keep following the road, you have to be at least level 10 I think.

okay so ive found the noturnal shrine and started the quest but where do i find the thieves in leyawiin

Go to Leyawiin and check the houses or talk to the guards. You will be given information about a pair of misfits and their house is the next target. They are both lizard-folk if I remember correctly.

**note** you have to talk to the guards about "leyawiin" if you choose the "thieves" topic they'll just say "nothing I've ever heard of".

Yeah, you must talk to the guards.

You also need a slight sneak skill...they won't talk to you about the eye. So...heh, guess what? EAVESDROP!

You have to be level 10 before you can start the quest.
