!!! Help please !!!

Okay so last night I was playing borderlands in 4-player co-op and POP diconnected from xbox live.

So I tested connection and it got to xboxlive and filled the bar up a quarter. then it had a red cross.

Then I tried to sign into my profile. It took quite a while then it said something like " there was a problem when signing, if this problem continues visit www.xbox.com/support (http://www.xbox.com/support) "

Once signed in it said that I was signed into xbox live, and a message popped up saying that some xbox live features were temporarily unavailable. My dashboard only had my xbox and friends. No marketplace, spotlight, my community or inside xbox.

Can anyone help, would use www.xbox.com/support (http://www.xbox.com/support) but I have used it in the past and it didn't help. To complicated.

I've had that before, I simply unplugged my router then plugged it back in and it worked fine after that. Not sure why it does it. Maybe a bandwidth issue

When my Xbox disconnects from Live I need to put it out and on again to connect to live otherwise I get some sort of error.

The same for me, when I got disconnected from xbox live 3 or 4 nights ago, I just unpluged my router, and then pluged it back.
