when i go to "Xbox Live" in the game and go to "Content" i see a new costume and like 4 missions but when i click them, there's nothing to download! i went to the marketplace and bulletwitch isnt even on there! (only checked new releases) i herd that they were up earlier (on Feb. 28th)
but when i noticed it all on Feb. 28th as soon as the game came out (we'll when i got home from the store with it which was around 12:45-1:00pm) can anyone confirm this? also, does anyone know when a theme or picture pack will be comming out for this game?
thanks in advance for any info on any of this stuff

yeah, i know lol but if you go to "Downloads" in the game, not market place they show 4 concept missions and 1 new costume (imo if they show it in the game then you should be able to download it!) but if you click on it...the only other thing you can click on it "more info" and its really annoying to see all this in the game yet not be able to download it yet

I found some snapshots of the DLC costumes for the Japanese market, and they're pretty racy... I have a feeling we're getting completely different costumes and that's why it's taking so long.

If you look inside the Bullet Witch case, under the instruction book. You'll see pictures of all the costumes I believe..
It would be nice if they were going to add the extra 250 achievement points to this game when the new missions are released.. Hopefully thats why they are holding out on releasing the content.

if they were to do that, then they would have to with the jap. version as well...and seeing as how the DLC is already out in japan i dont think they'll go back and add achievements...but ya never know
i dont see why we would get different costumes...they should keep all the content in games original and shouldnt alter it for a certen region...just like i herd that they were thinking about putting cloths on the girls in VorteX for the U.S....i think its BS that they'd alter it for us just because of all the haters

I could easily see the costumes being changed before they hit the U.S. market if they're too "racy" for our lovely conservative country..... the japanese and the europeans are lightyears ahead of us here on the north american continent... at least socially....
And the last thing I wanna hear about in the next year of election drama is video games being too dirty and violent...( but we'll hear it anyways)

I hope they don't change things for US, but I do know that there is a 30 day (maybe 90 day) waiting period to get some DL content on XBL for new games. I've heard this mentioned in interviews but I don't know how true it is. Didn't like the EA stuff (tiger/nfs) come out at launch? Hmm, those were cheats though and not extra levels. I believe what MS is trying to prevent is the perception that the developers are actually pulling stuff out of the $60 release title and charging for it on marketplace so they can make an extra $10. Who knows, maybe it's true, maybe it's not.

At least he's only trying. In Germany, you are not even alowed to buy GoW. Games like Bioshock or GTA 4 probably won't come out here either, because they are to violent. While you guys have one guy who wants to stop selling GTA 4 to minors, we have several guys who want people that program, sell or play games such as GoW, to go to jail for 1 year.

Oh but a kid can watch a movie about a psycho chopping people up and that is ok?? That is horsesh*t. People like that just need to get a life.

I highly doubt they would change the costumes based on them being revealing. For one, the graphics can hardly do the justice on Alicia, she doesn't have much to work with. Second, there are far worse games out there. This was a mature rated game, meaning the audience should be at that age level. They are probably just making more content in order to give more options for downloading, therefore creating more money. It has nothing to do with morality in this case.

Doubt the costumes are the issue in the US. I mean with games like DOA Xtreme 2 showing more skin it's hard to think they would limit Bullet Witch and not that one.

The costumes wont be changed at all, i read on atari forums the first costume to be released is the school girl one. It'll be months before we see anything to download if at all lol.

revealing should not be an issue. Considering the violence associated with this game its a non issue. It allready has an appropiate rating so I dont see that being an issue. Must just be their preferance to withhold the content for the time being from american consumers. I did get the feeling playing it that this game was marketed more towards a japanese audience with the character design and difficulty associated with it.
