Diver Down not unlocking

I beat all songs on expert but did not get the achievement Diver Down. It gave me the ones for beginner, easy, and medium but not hard or expert. Anyone else have this problem? I'm renting so I don't want to have to beat guitar career again.

Did you play the entire Guitar career without changing to a lower difficulty to beat a song?

Yep, played straight thru. I didn't 5* them all but i did beat them on exp.

Just play through the game on Bass.

How can you tell which songs you've beaten on expert there were a few I played on hard just to finish quicker since it only shows the difficulty you got the most stars on. Is there any way to tell?
