Discouraging finish

I can't unlock this one

I applied all the astral finishes in training mode, and versus mode, but I can't unlock this one

Please I need some help

Exact same thing has happened to me, except I did the Astrals in Arcade mode rather than Training/Versus.

All the guides just say do the 13 Astrals, they don´t specify having to do them in a particular mode, so I'm guessing it's glitched for some people.
