Mine is "Cogita tute! x360a.org" which may not be the "best" out there, but the motto is one of my favorites (it means "think for yourself" in Latin) and of course has a reference to a certain web site I am fond of.

"Cogita tute!" is actually the last sentence of the forward to a book by Dr. Michael Shermer, "Why People Believe Weird Things" which I highly recommend to all as an excellent read.

The other motto I use a lot is "Awake, Alert, Enthusiastic!" which was my grandfather's personal motto and is on his headstone. He was a drill sergeant in the USMC for 15 years or so (which is where he got the motto from) and one of my personal heroes.
