Why some achievements are unable to achieve?

When someone create/convert the game they unfortunately makes mistakes and forget to add in the code that
"when you do this and that, unlock achievement" and such. Or some games that has "reach wave X" but when you reach it it justs start at wave 1 again.

Some achievements are so hard to get that no one is able to test to see if it work or not. Therfor, when the game comes out there is a chance it will not work. Allso, the achievement thing is new and the cumpanes have never done this befor. Everytime the video game cumpanes do soming new, it is not going work 100% of the time for everyone.

Play Some Online (Unable to achieve)
Compete in each of the online game modes at least once

Should that be easy? All your doing is competing on an online game mode. That should be the most simple to get, right? I don't have this game, so - I don't know

yeah, its easy to do. but when you do it, you arent awarded the achievement. no-one in the world has this

and soem may be achieveable but jsut totaly hard that most people wont ever get, like all Platnum in PGR3....thats crazy

i dont even no that many ppl who can get to wave 30 on robotron. i actually dont no ny- i can only get to like 20 on the easiest settings. and i cant even get to wave 5 on joust lol.

I think you just need some luck that you get lots of blocks of the same colour after each other.
