I know the guide tell me that hit hard to ballcarrier but how to do it? push which button can cause fumble? everytime the ballcarrier just knock off by me your answer is truly appreciated

Just set to easy and use fumbleitis on them and they'll fumble it and you return it for a touchdown. Kinda funny I got that and score first for the first game I played
