Has anyone got a complete list of the weapons available in the game?

I've purchased all that are available to me with no "?????"'s against any potential weapon.

Are there more weapons to come or has the ach glitched?

Have you finished the main story? If not, you can't get it (yet). There are regurlarly new weapons unlocked, the ??? represent those weapons that are unlocked through perks, not story progression.
