Please Help! I beg you!

I am thinking about buying this game again and need some help before purchase. I relize that the cheats can disable your achievements but I was wondering how it works.

-The moment you enter a cheat are you screwed for achievements?

-Can you turn off cheats and enable achievements again?
(ex: Lets say I use cheats till the last few levels and then turn them off, can I still get achievements for completion of the last few levels?)

-Can I still get achievements for the collectables if my cheats are activated?
