Can I get the full 1250 points or will I only be able to 250 and then have to go about getting the original Lips?

You can`t! I bought Lips #1 Hits without having the original Lips and i can't get the uploading achievements, the "get music" achievement and the jukebox achievement...just not possible in #1 Hits...
