I will soon be purchasing DJ Hero and need some user comments on the truntables from both editions. I need to know if the Renegade Turntable is worth the extra $90 or not. Which do you find more stable and responds better to your movements? You know, the basics. All help is greatly appreciated. :)

I don't care which is cooler. I need specs. I need to know which set will last the longest after the hundreds of hours I am about to put into this game. I need to know from people that have played on both of the sets preferably but single reviews will do nicely.

lolz, your bossy. and the metal helps.. if you play it xcore, but my friends plastic one has held up just fine and he throws parties with his.

Thanks guys. Sorry if I seemed a little dickish but my Christmas employee discount ends today hence why I needed specs really quick. But I think I will just go with the standard edition. Can't wait to play this baby!

I bought the regular but wish I bought the renegade after seeing it on display at best buy. The two turntables feel similar. Only differences I see are in the looks of them. The way my living room is laid out, I don't have a good place to set the turntable and play, so I have to have it on my lap. It works but it would be so much more comfortable to have it in front of me. The stand that comes with the renegade is nice quality and would be perfect for me. I just can't afford to shell out $200 to buy another turntable with stand. If you have a good place to set the turntable and don't need the stand, then go for the regular. But if your gaming room setup is like mine, it may be worth shelling out the extra money for the renegade
