Raiders Character Missing

Bottom row 4th over. I dont know who it is looks like a Soldier or something. I dont know how to unlock him Im also missing 2 blue blocks and a level to do. Any suggestions?

The Character you are looking for is Captain Katanga. To unlock him go to the island where you unlock the bi-plane and ontop of the pyramid there is switch, turn the switch twice and then jump on the ledge thingy and it will unlock a plane race. Complete that to unlock the character.

that is what i was missing, another stupid LEGO indiana 2 puzzle, seriously i've completed every LEGO game so far, and the puzzles in this are just stupidly unsolvable at times
