need help with los muertos...

i have killed every1 in the los muertos (including the kingpin) and i still cant find ramon gonzalez...do i have to start working on other gangs to unlock him or something? or can some1 tell me where he is

have you found him before? and if so, was it in a co-op game you couldnt fight him in? becuase i found out that you may need to have the supply points (im guessing) for them to how because i was doing it with my friend nad he wasnt there so i had him make a new game and when he got the supply point (i guess he got it) the guy that we couldnt find was there...same thing happened to me with the volk one of them wasnt there but i remade the game and he was

On the northern island go to the lighthouse, as you get close you will get the dossier entry and then you can fight him.

yeah i found the lighthouse last night...i remembered that narrator guy talking about a lighthouse being a good gang observation point or something like that
