Fully/Partially Destructible Environments?

Does anyone know if fully or partially destructible environments have been confirmed? In some videos I have seen some structures blow apart including a gas station and a silo. What has been confirmed in this regard?

It's partially. However the stuff you blow up will disappear forever.

Ive played the final game, and the first achiv was destruction related....There is a lot to blow up, from trees, posts , fuel tanks , antenas , radars etc.

Not fully destruction like red faction , but the graphics are awesome and the scale is just imense.

It was a nice surprise.
