Rooftop and Car Races

Do I have to win these races in order to get the achievement?

2 seperate achievements:
Road Warrior (car races) and Over Our Heads (rooftop races).

I don't understand your question.. of course you have to get all of them to get the achievement(s).

EDIT: Oh ok.. i reread your question. I get it now.. you're wondering if you have to have the fastest time in all of the races to get the achievement(s). I would believe so.

I meant do I need the best time on them because the achievement description says successfully complete each race.

Yes, you have to successfully complete the races in under the time limit that it shows to have "beaten" the race. If it says 3:00 minutes. Do the race in under 3:00 minutes. 3:01 will not give you the completion.
