just climb the agency tower until you reach the steps and then shoot at the lights on the wall and once the light bulb falls, grab it and give it a hurl. walla

What you can also do is when you beat the Volk gang leader, if your strenght is up just pick his body up, jump up and throw him into the water. That's how I got it.

EDIT: go on top of the shai gen building that you can ride a elevator up then get to the very top where the dome is and inside are chairs around some tables pick up a chair and pitch it off the ledge

i got it by climbing the oil rig and throwing the boss of it

This achievement was pissin' me off too. I don't know how many items I threw off buildings trying to get it. I finally got it when I threw the Shai Gen boss, Cowell off the top of his building.

Yeah, this one was pretty hard to do. My friend took me to the top of the Shai Gen kingpins tower(forgot his name) and I threw a piece of a box off the roof. Then my friend fell. :locked

Or you can go to the agency tower and get next to the water and kick your co-op partner until he dies then pick him up and jump in the air and throw him in the water with the (RT) and just wait for about 30 seconds or so and it will say ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED. This is how I got the achievement.

I forget the name but it is the one with a garage full of Shai-Gen cars at the bottom, go to the Stripley's Cafe supply point and it is one of the boss bldgs. as well...

This elevator is the best. I drove the SUV in there for the 6 sec hang time ach. and also drove a small car up to get the Car Juggler there as well, just take the lift up and then drive up all of the ramps, like 3 or 4 sets of them...

This is probably the easiest way to get it. I hadn't killed Cowell when I got the achievement though... I got it by tossing a light off of the Agency tower.
