If a business gets bombed during a mob war, does it reopen? Also, if you are trying to end a mob war, and you bomb the opposing family's business, will you lose the ability to get the achievement for taking over ALL business and rackets, since you destroyed it?

Businesses re-open after two game days.
No, if you bomb an opposing families business the achievement is still available and the business will open in two game days, the same applies for banks and businesses of your own.
If you completed the story it doesn't matter, I've never heard anything about stores re-opening after a mission is complete, It could be true but I've always gone by the 2 game days.
