What talents should an archer get?

If I want to be an archer, should I put all my points into archery or should I also duel wield and stuff?

How is this game in terms of being a jack of all trades character. Is it better if I concentrate completely in one area or can I spread a bit?

Also for a warrior I want to two hand, so should I just two hand?

I also feel its a waste to get more than one sustainable ability, even though I want to keep going in a tree.
