can u use weapons? like can u use a gun to get his health down and then knock him out with ur fists?

naw, you can only use melee weapons such as bats, pipes, 2x4's, etc.

its best to wait towards the end of the game, that way it's way easier to beat the guy.

thanks for the help with finding the places, i knew i had seen them i just wasnt able to beat the guys until the end of the game cause i didnt know about the tire iron crap. oh well lol but thanks for the tips on locations, they helped alot

I'm ashamed but even with blunt weapons I'm unable to win a prize fight... I've tried to dodge, and I've tried to hit them non-stop, but I'm a horrible boxer... any advice?

you should level up a bit prior to getting the prize fights. And also, spend some of those upgrade points on your strength skilld (can't remember the exact name) so you have more power with melee weapons.

Actually you can use Moltov Cocktails (an explosive green bottle) as long as he doesn't see you throw it. Toss it into the room from the door and hope it hurts him. Then start the fight.

I did not care about beating one of them. My health was low his was high. I pulled out my level 3 shotgun and boom boom i won. But it doesnt count so yah.

Get any type of bat, Then swing the right stick back and foward locked up to him.. Thats all i do, and he dont seem to get a hit on me.. Only hard part about the prize fights is finding them -.-

But when i try to win the last one on Corcoran's Perch, the place is closed, because in the main history you "destroy" the place. Now the doors are locked, and this message appears "Under Repair due to fire". I really have to wait, or need to load a previous checkpoint??
