xbox.com/rewards question

so i ifinished & it showed that i got all 5 prizes. so then i went to them & it said you have to confirm address for the last two. i clicked confirm & it went to the registration form. I submitted but then i checked the prizes again & they still said confirm. has this happened to anyone else?

read the other threads about the rewards... i believe this was discussed somewhere else as well in detail. hopefully you can find it--i do not remember what it was called.
