Help?

I just got this game, put it in the drive, and it said "To play this game, please put the disc in an Xbox 360 console", in several languages. I tried wiping the disk and restarting the system, but it won't work. I put in Gears, and it runs perfectly. If anybody could help me, I would be truly greateful.

Typically that is an indicator that either your disc is bad or your DVD drive is dying. If your other games work fine, I would venture to say it is the disc. Do you have a friend nearby who owns a 360 and will let you toss the disc in there to see if it is a problem specific to your system only? That is a good way of ruling out the possibility that your drive is dying.
