Auto saves.

OR, find a beacon and when you go near it, it will save. If you look on your map I think the icon is a box with an S in it.

This game autosaves, when the little arch or triangle thing in the circle appears in the upper-right corner of the screen, the game has saved. It usually saves when you go near a NEW U station
