Cant complete "Now you must tell the tale"

didnt see this mentioned anywhere. i cant seem to find my last legend, the one that's in the giant skull that you fight ophilia. ive looked everywhere for it and must be blind.

on top of that the legend that was covered in snow at one point, i have viewed but it stays blue and doesnt count towards my count. any ideas guys, thanks.

When u finish the game all legends covered in snow will be accessable and the last on is called The Roadie (Guess who it about) and it is in the sea of black tears.
