Help! Millipede level urgh!

Ok, this stupid level on where your stuck in that room with water, and u need to go get fire to get one of the pieces of the handle thingees of the door. I go back, to the waterfall, i see the lil flame thingee hangine. so i light a spear, but everytime i try taking it out it extinguishes cuz of the waterfall. and ive already tried throwin through the small black hole thing, NOTHING WORKS! help would be greatly appreciated!

To the left of the waterfall is a hole in the wall through which you can throw the flaming spear at the oil pedestal. Then walk through the waterfall and re-light the spear with the now lit pedestal and take it to burn the brush around the lever. I just struggled with this a bit today myself, and that is what i had to do. Hope this helps.

I walked around that area for a good ten minutes looking for that stupid fire... GAAHHH!!
