Japan Version "Riot Act"

I know that there is a different version of this game for Japan, Riot Act. Does anyone know if this will have a separate Achievement list? I have a Jap 360 and would import it if it had a different list.

i highly doubt it, and according to ign.com, it says the japan release date is "December 31st 2007"

underneath the game case it says " US Release: February 20,2007 Japan: December 31st 2007 Europe: Unreleased" dont know how true it is as i think the games comming out in the U.K
