That would be level 5? U need 500 orbs for it? Are there more then 500? I'm around 285 and 70% on level 3

That could be described as level five, though it doesn't seem like your skills improve when maxing out you skills. You won't need the orbs for it, but they do speed things up. Shooting from higher altitudes for instance helps both shooting skills and agility.

Ow ok, didnt notice that, only saw it go up when getting an orb.

What happens if I clear the game? I giuess i cant level up my guy any more?

You can. There just aren't any gangmembers around anymore, which can be helped by setting "crimes on" in the campaign menu.

there is no level 5, the maxing out achievements say its only 4 stars (if im wrong please let me know). as for the orbs, you dont have to have all 500 to max out agility, a couple people that are playing it on my friends list dosnt have all 500 and there agility is already maxed out.

i just read the achievements, and they just say get to a 4 star, it could be 5 or 6, or it may be 4, just when it gets back to 100% it goes down to 0 again, let us know what happens when you get it to 100%

There is no level five, like stated earlier, it can only be described as such. There's level four, and after that you can get to 100%. That's maxed out. Also, maxing out doesn't seem to have any effect on your actual ability's, it doesn't make you jump higher or lift heavier objects.

There only positive side to actually maxxing it out (where it has -- instead of 4 **) is say if you arent maxed out and you kill civilians it will drop that skill. It doesn't when its maxxed out.
