well i am half way there the game and just need to finish the races and some takeover stuff but when to u get that boat fora heavy drop

well it seams i cant spell or make any sense what i was wondering is how do you unlock the boat for the drop

well first off make sure you are in the water before you try and get the boat dropped to you. It goes without saying that a boat will do you absolutely no good on land so it isn't available when not in the water

Yea for the longest time I didn't know why I didn't have the boat unlocked. Then one time I was swimming and I had an epiphany.
