I knocked down the enemies with the baseball bat.

Then dropped it.

Then the LT-X dissapears.

I've tried knocking them down with my fist but it doesen't work.They die.

Any tips??

Yeah.

I don't know what the hell Konami was thinking when they made this game.

Yeah you have to press LT + X INSTANTLY after you knock him down or else it will disappear. And then you have to press the button that appears on screen.

Yea, this one was a bitch, but I finally got it. Right after releasing Melissa, you walk around a corridor and "jump" down. After that there is a choice of going through a doorway with a trap and a guy with a pipe or a crack in the wall. Go through the crack and go through it and up the stairs there will be a collered guy. I just LT+X him a couple of times, and then stomped him. This is close enough to a checkpoint that it only took me about 10 minutes to get.
