I sent all of the stuff needed on September 2nd. I received an e-mail saying We have received your redemption materials so we know you're ready to rock! Your game will be packed and shipped to you soon. I keep reading that people are tracking their shipments but I haven't gotten another e-mail from them since that last one which was sent on September 29th. Do you sent another e-mail when its shipped or has someone gotten their game without any prior notification?
