Some items not activated?

Hi pinata creatures,
Im having a problem, for some reason 'Bullrush and bird of paradise' are not available to buy. Im on level 29 and these items are not in the local store to buy as seeds. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Also I have plenty of pinatas now which are ready (all ticks in romance profile) to romance but the hearts do not appear or if they do when I direct together, they just sulk and end up losing the hearts above themselves?

ALSO I HATE THAT PROFESSOR PESTER!

I've noticed sometimes items are not avaliable in the store until you get them from seedos. I'm guessing it is a glitch, but just keep talking to Seedos when you see him and eventually he will drop what you need.
