Tips for ep4?

Iv been trying to complete the game on ultraviolent, and iv managed to finish episodes 1,2 and 3, but i cant do 4 for the life of me

the first level i can complete but i only have about 5 health left so i die anyway on the next level

can anybody give me some pointers how to do it ?

or even better, show me a video :)

Start saving a lot. After every 5 or 6 monsters save the game. Episode 4 is really tight and will give you a run for your money, but with practice you'll be fine :)
