Yes, and Frank West from Dead Rising.
I think they are save game unlocks. The gears characters are game completion unlocks, after beating episode 6 they are avaliable as preset models.

You also aren't allowed to customize them since they are preset, its a shame really because the giant teddy bear on franks back sucks :( the servbot helmet is lols though :woop: except you cant combine the model with the helmet :eek:
I'm already on episode 5, ive been steaming through this game like something fierce :uzi:
The AI is borderline retarded as far as im concerned, no concept of cover me while i mash the b button so you can later respawn your worthless life.
