I HATE Cards!

The thing I hate most about this game is the card system. It isn't quite as bad as Mario Party's star system (Oh, you're losing? Here, have a star), but it really detracts from the game. Winning is less about skill and more about luck. If you happen to get 2nd place in one round and get the 6x multiplier, and then come in 4th the rest of the games, you can win.
That's just plain wrong! :mad:

The cards can suck at times, but it adds a new twist to the game. Plus, if you are paying attention to the computer's pattern, you can usually steal their multiplier. :)

what i dislike about the cards is that if you both use a steal card or reverse multiplier it cancels them out and free goes mr 60 point win so with that in mind if you use the card you should get to choose who to give the royal pain in the arse to.

Yeah, the AI pattern is really easy to figure out (for example, it's almost never used a card on the first turn).

But there has to be a better way of adding a twist than something that can potentially remove all skill.

The card system is really horrible and I wish there was an option to remove them. I hate playing a game that is totally based on the luck of which card you get and if you manage to play it when another doesn't.

Also the announcer in this game is real annoying. I have gotten so sick of hearing "did that hurt player 2?", "how did that feel player 3?" every 2 seconds.

At least they left a form of Sumo and Twisted System in there.

It's realllllllllly annoying. I watched the trailer from the marketplace. They have a different and slightly better guy doing his voice then.

I find that the card system can be your best friend or your worst enemy...but either way it provides an interesting twist to the game. The only thing I really hate is that damn planet card, it seems like the computer always targets your planets even if someone else is winning.

I like the card system, it adds a twist to the game. In the first FF, I'd just win every frenzy game and there we go. Now, this card system changes it all for me. I could win the game with a X4 card and some guy might reverse it and I'll end up losing. Good add to the game in my opinion.

Yeah, I hate the card system too. It and the announcer make me want to play the old version more and more each time I put this thing in my 360.

i hate the cards when they are used against me, but i love them when i use mine at the right time haha

When I played the game I didn't really use the cards.(single player) Except using a divider when all the cpu had multipliers. Or using a multiplier when there was no dividers. I like the cards system though (online). It can be cheap. They're sort of a gamble.

the card system is frustrating. What really ruins the game in my opinion is something that has been mentioned already - the announcer. There should be some comeback you can use with the standard d pad for things like "did that hurt dj?" or whatever his name is

GRR!!! :uzi: The voice bugs so much!! And it doesn't even matter if u actually got hurt, it just keeps bloody shouting!!!

The DJ voice is annoting. I think that the cards are neat, but the times 6x one is just too much.

Happens to me everytime mate, and this is the reason I havent got the 1000 yet, cant be arsed to do the single player ones knowing im going to get screwed out again

The announce made me want to shoot myself, and the sucky thing is at times there was NO way to shortcut him out. The cards also was a pain. I had to replay on tournement because of the cards.

It's the x6 crad that is the worse. One win will net you a tourney win if you play that one at the right time.
Dj Jabber jaws has got to go. I wish I could mute him or skip him, shoot him....

the card game makes the game into a luck of the draw game and makes how ever good you are at the mini games worthless and the announcer sucked balls

I don't care for the cards, but I don't like them. A card helped me win back in the day when I was doing the online tournament achievement. It's okay though

I hate the cards. :( I was won 2 of 4 games and the last two game the cpu had cards and i could do nothing to prevent them from making a comeback. I had to do that tournament 2 times because of thoes stupid cards.

lol i have no idea what the point was if there was at all of adding those damn cards...there has been times I'd win every game and one person gets second each time with all multipliers and smokes me...soo frustrating thank god i am done with this game.

I can't stand them, the CPU always seems to counter or steal a multiplier when I use one. Not only that, but it seems the random free cards are always in their favor. It's beyond bizarre when the person who is closest to beating me, or has one before(out of card luck) gets ANOTHER x4, I've yet to get a free card outside the little mini-game. I can't wait to finish this game and be done with it.
