Tips on cutting fingers and toes please?

I'm trying to get the This Little Piggy achievement but I simply can't. Any tips please?

If you have the skill that allows you to see where your sword will be cutting before you strike this achievement will be easier for you. The best suggestion is to enter Focus, down + B to trip them into the air, and then horizontal cut them at the highest part of their body. Your best chances are on a ronin since their feet and hands are slightly larger than the other enemies and they are the weakest among the standard.
