Legengary achiever?

OK I havent finishend the game yet but im playing with two friends that have and we are playing on legendary and i dont seem to be getting the achievements. Can some one shead some light?

co op all around is buggy

you have to make sure you don't back out of the game until the host does and says his game

also, im not exactly positive, but your solo game has to be in the ballpark with your friends- meaning similar in alignment and level progress. I'm not sure if you have to be on the same difficulty too.
