Nah, i know the 360 had a shortage for its launch, but PS2 still outsold the 360 through the holiday season..

Its not dead yet, and parents would be happy to buy it for their kids if they got a good deal

Gamestop rips you off for stuff like that, you could get more for it if you tried, not exactly sure what GS would give you tho..

yes everythign otu sold 360(even the game boy) since there wasnt many 360's, but dont ever sell a system let alone a game or antyhign to a store do it to a friend or jsut people

Yes. Ebay.....no question. It will sell well....I sold my original XBOX on Ebay without any games and it sold for over $100. The slim PS2 would sell well....just do a search on the slim version auctions that have already ended to get a feel for the price that it would go for.

How much are you asking? I'm looking to reaquire a PS2 to play a couple PS2 games I missed (I hoped I could just get a PS3 and play them on that, but who knows when the fuck it's coming out anymore?), namely God of War (and GOW2 now I guess), Shadow of the Collossus, Guitar Hero, and the REAL reason, MGS3 Subsistence. Plus I think I want to play RE4 again and I sold my Gamecube at the same time as I did my PS2. I was going to wait until the rumored price drop in May, but am always open to a good deal.

everyone is makign a big deal about "black" but its also on normal xbox, other wise not to many i see really, i mean kingdom hearts 2 will be huge and ff12 there are alot of like long awaited games still being waited for

Ive never had a PS2 so Ive never played God of War, Soul Calibur 3 (even though no online) or a lot of the other PS2 games. That being said I still dont think I would buy one.

i still play my ps2 sometimes, but i usually play my 360 usually, that or my PSP or DS ;)

you really should play god of war and shadow of the collous(sp) both great games btu tehn again nto really for everyone
