Questions about a new game?

I beat it with only like 75% of the stuff. Now can I restart with all my crap or do i have to start completely over?

You start from scratch.
You keep your level, if you got ALL gold bars the gold bar room is open. All collectibles are reset to 0 tho.

If you choose to start a New Game at anytime instead of continuing the campaign, all of your experience, levels, perks from levels, and the gold bar unlocked room will carry over. Everything else is reset.

At the current time, it is unknown how to restart the game with your original level and everything else reset. The only way is to play the game with a different profile on your Xbox 360.

If you want the achievement for 100%, you will probably have to start the game over again, as when do the bit where the base blows up, some of the base isn't accessable anymore, so you can't get 100%, if you did get all the gold bars, you unlock all the weapons, which you can access from the beginning of a new game, your level also get's carried over.

You can get 100% even after completing the story (just make sure you get the pulse rifle). I finished the game with only about 40% of the items and then backtracked to get 100% and then finished the final boss fight again.

Just make sure you plan your route well and you're fine. I don't know how many times I have to post this to this board.
