A Microsoft spokesman has confirmed to IGN that every copy of Crackdown includes an invite to the Halo 3 multiplayer beta. It doesn't matter if you get a copy of the game at launch or a couple of weeks after; if you get Crackdown, you're in the Halo 3 multiplayer beta.

I've read that the demo has to be launched from within the game- which is pretty smart business.

Look on the bright side, Crackdown is actually 'sposed to be a good game. When't the last time one of those came out?
