Trouble with penalty shot

I'm having trouble getting fouled.. I have everything set to the highest point and I have done evrything that I was supposed to and I can never get fouled.Can someone explain an easy way to get fouled and what exact settings that I should use?

check the threads. somewhere it explains the best way to do this... but you have the most important aspect figured out--jacking the sliders up. so just keep crankin away at it.
