Golden Bird Award : You Found All Birds In The Game

I Have All The Silver Birds Awards And No Golden Bird Award. There’s A Few People Saying That You Have To Restart A Certain Level, Like 1 And 2 To Get The Achievement, But Nothing. So I Have Done 1, 2, 3, 4 And No Golden Bird For Me ! I'm Starting To Be Sick And Tired Of This Game For Doing The Levels Again And Again.

Is There Anyone That Knows A Way To Get Past This "Bug" ¿ Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

I guess I was abit lucky I just played through the game and got it. Maybe just play the game over from start to finish.

Apparently not a bug and you have to get the birds in order of the game. This is according to SEGA, I e-mailed them ages ago but can't be arsed to find the reply they sent. But in a nut shell, in order to get the gold one you need to get the birds in order. Either 1 through to 10 or 3 back through to 3. Not sure it matters as long as you pick them up in order.

The rewards you mentioned are possible to get. Getting the golden bird award for example is not as easy as simply getting all the birds, it involves something else. And that is to you to discover.

I have this problem too! Argh!!! It's my final achievement to obtain and ive got all silvers, makes me mad lol. Any word on your golden bird achievement?

I missed ONE bird in the entire game lol. Oh well wasnt worth replying to me. Maybe over the summer in the next "game drought" i'll go back and finish off some games.

I started to replay it AGAIN, 2nd time in 3 days lol...on the 4th chapter, hopefully this time I will get it!

Some people are holding out for an alleged "patch" that was going to fix the quit out, or "in order" bird bug.

But with what DaWebbmeister said it seems like going in order was intentionally. Maybe it was a good thing I didn't find all the birds when I went through the game the first time. Either way, good luck to you guys and hopefully you won't have to beat the entire game again! :D

I had the same problem a long time ago whenever I beat the game and I just went back through it a second/third time to go back over each level individually and eventually got it! I think it just didn't register that I had collected all of the birds or something. When I got my "Golden Bird" achievement, I was on Chapter 8 when I finished it having collected all the birds and got the achievement so maybe it's Chapter 8 that everyone should try replaying. Try that and see if it works. :)

i just got it, yay got all 50 achievements now. ebay here i come lol. the order thing does work, on my 2nd run through i finished my silver bird achievements from chapter 8...completed the game, no award....so i started it again from chapter 1 the other day, and i just finished chapter 7 while collecting all birds, and guess what, i got the achievement! so the "order" theory is true.

Maybe this will help someone. I did the first mission and got all 6 birds and 3 metal pieces. Received the bronze bird achievement for chapter 1 and instead of moving on to the second chapter I restarted chapter one as I noticed the achievement when you beat the game with just melee attacks so I wanted to shoot for that. So the second time I did chapter 1 I didn't worry about the metal pieces or the birds, well that ended up screwing me because I beat the game with melee attacks which did give me the achievement, but I was missing the gold bird and 3 and 4 propaganda achievements. Knowing that I restarted chapter 1 and I didn't get the metal or birds the second time through, I went back to chapter 1 once I beat the game. Sure enough on the second piece of metal on chapter 1 I unlocked Prop 3 achievement and on the third metal piece I unlocked prop 4 achievement. Also once collecting the sixth bird on chapter 1 I also got the gold bird achievement. It seems to me that if you restart a chapter even though you might have previously received an achievement the newest save takes priority. I just re-read this before clicking submit and damn it's confusing. Hopefully you follow what I'm saying.
