Stupidest game of all time?

Well, I would like to know why this game doesn't give you the option of going back and selecting specific missions. Now i'm completely pissed because I beat one mission the entire game on ensign and beat the game on captain. I didn't get the achievement because that one level.. I did not beat on captain. That means I have to replay through the entire game on captain again or until that level for me to get that achievement.

Its a great game but I was upset about that glitch as well. I started a game over just so I would get the Captain Achievement.

Does it not let you get achievements for finishing all difficulties lower than that you finish on (a la Gear of War) or is it more of a Gun?

Just play through on the next difficulty up and it might unlock it for you.

You have to play it on each difficulty. Play on captian first, then Admiral. Play ensign last so you can get the mission specific achievements easier since you will have gained the experience of playing the levels twice. If you do fail to get one in a particular level, make sure not to save when its over, because if you replay the mission after you save, and turn off your console without getting the ach. It will take you to the next mission. I had to play on Ensign twice because of this.

It seems like most people don't like this game because they can't or don't want to take the time to learn the controls. It's actually quite fun once you figure that part out.

I actually find it a really fun game, but what wasn't explained in the tutorial mission was how to put your shields on so still need enlightenment on that :-/
