Yeah it's amazing what you miss, I for instance was too busy orgasming over a lot of the features and sparkly effects.

damn dude. way to take the time to analyze a ton of stuff from 1:22 video clip. quick question though, I would assume that the belt feed machine gun is comparable to the SAW from Cod 4, but what other comparisons can you or anyone else here give me for the other guns shown? Just what guns they would be most like in Cod 4, so no need to really go into a ton of detail, as I am just curious

I assume there will be more videos aimed at other parts e.g. Weapons/customization options? as the only title in the video is the killstreaks part I think this mainly to demonstrate the AC-130 and other rewards like buzzkill and payback

The gun in the video was called the M240 right? The gun in CoD4 is called the M240 SAW, I guess maybe they just dropped the suffix, or the guy writing the article did. They are the same gun, I don't blame you for asking, I usually just refer to it as the SAW too.


EDIT: Pardon me! It doesn't say anything about it being the M240 in the video or the description but I guess that is the SAW, what with the little handle thing too.

Probably will mate.

I remember before COD4 came out they released small bits of footage, like C4 exploding and stuff.

There were some keen eyes at work there. I didn't notice the majority of those when I watched the video. Then again...I think I was drooling the first time I watched it as well.

It's the M249 SAW in CoD4. So the gun in the video, the M240, is a different LMG altogether. Plus it sounds completely different with a lower rate of fire. ;)
