terrible game and these achievements suck

i popped this in for 5 minutes when it first came out. seemed alright. i didn't even bother reading the achievements for it.

just recently tried playing it. i don't even think i can achievement slave this out. the road map and guides are decent, but this game has no short term rewards. almost all the achievements are pants on head retarded.

i can not pull off these cool combos either. at least nothing more than a 4 hit combo.

just terrible. it's like they had the recipe to cure cancer and they couldn't even make soup with it.

Sorry you're not enjoying it... deserves a bit longer than five minutes though (although I'm guessing you were not being literal :)).

I must say that I was dismayed when I first started playing it, due to the total lack of instructions or tutorials. But as I carried on, it totally won me over. Sure, there is isn't really that much to it, but I absolutely loved it.

I liked the achievements too, but I totally see what you mean about how it doesn't give them out until a bit later.

Took me about 43 hours overall to 1K. Is really odd... not that many games at all on the 360 that have grabbed me hard enough for me to want to 1K them (as you can see from my shocking profile!), but this was definitely one of them.

Who knows? Maybe it will get you yet... :)

I've had that game for months and only have 40g, but to be honest I haven't tried that hard. Haha. I am going to go back and play it one day, it's a lot of fun.

Hee hee... not into wrestling really. Certainly is a game where you could be massively proud of the 1K though!

I've managed at least 200 hours on Beautiful Katamari, another game that truly sucked me in. Still need one more achievement though!

It just takes a fully leveled skill bar and some practice. This helps alot, check it.

You don't need the 12 hit combo... Saki's 9 hit combo will do ya for the achievements. You only need Aya's combos for the later blood mists, and they are not achievement linked.

Saki's 9 hit cool combo is still a bit tough, but not as bad as trying to use Aya's!

I really enjoyed this game. I just bought it for the second time after i traded it in before.
I admit, when you first play, the charecters only have about two attacks and that is why it feels so bad, but i nearly have all the girls leveled up to 100, Annna being the toughest to do, and when they are at full power hacking away at Zombies is so satisfying!!!!

I have multiple guides posted in the forum that will show you how I did it in 228 hours. I even did the achievement guide!

What basically cut the time so short is the fact that I did not use the Turbo Control Method to make money(which can take up to 800 hours) I did it ALL manually.I also unlocked costumes by doing the 235 start ups rather than unlocking them individually. Plus when it came to using the 30 Lamda Edits I gave them the Shooter 1 move-set and won matches in 17 seconds. Very tedious but I eventually finished.

Im abit late on this game I only picked it up the other day but I gotta say I luv it,it gives me the same satisfaction that DMC4 did in the fact that the more times I play through the better it gets and as with DMC4 you really feel like your earning the achievements its a breath of fresh air to play games like this now and again.

I personally think the achievements are cruel and stupid, at least 500K dedicated to the single player romp would have made this game many times more enjoyable, and probably more popular.

It seems I will get the 'Normal' difficulty completion achievement, and maybe the "Hit and Run'. I doubt I'll play through on Hard. That's 50 GS. What a bummer.

It seems like for many of the achievements too many would be too easy to stuff up, and repeated plays with this sort of combat is intolerable.

If the achievements had been easier, word-of-mouth alone would have seen more copies of this game sold. I got mine for $17 AUS form eBay, new, a UK seller which is damn cheap. I bought it for the novelty, and I do enjoy the combat in small doses... I just wish there were more easy achievements.

i really enjoy this game. it reminds me of how video games used to be, simple and fun. its kinda like zombie revenge on the dreamcast mixed with ninja gaiden (yes i said ninja gaiden) it starts off a simple button masher but if you mix up the sword styles you will find you can and need to pull off the flashier combo's. not a game to sel the xbox with but for those who like fun its great. and the acheivments are nice and simple in structure and actually feel like you have achieved something.

For the most part none of the achievements are intolerable..they're jus really annoying to get >.<. Now the rampaging baneful blood achievement on the other hand....ugh.....so straight foward but so hard. Also running through the game isn't so bad if you know where to go and only kill what needs to be killed. Surprisingly Berserk mode is easier than hard or violent jus because you're always in rampage mode.

Please rent it, get your decently easy 1000G out of it and send it back. You will NOT be playing this afterwards it will more than likely gather dust once you have completed it.

I like the simple old school feel, its a nice change to have a female lead character as opposed to a roid junkie or effeminate man-boy.

The screen tearing is my only real complain with this game, considering the visuals poor optimization can be the only cause for the lack of v-sync.

You my good sir have just inspired me to go back and give RRXX another try to 1K it. Ive played games much longer than 200hrs+ ie- DOA4, Soul Calibur IV, Ninja Gaiden 2, Oblivion, & idk >.> list goes on. . . anyways thanks for the motivation REGARDS
