Just a quick question.

I guess i got nailed for "resurecting" a new thread today and i have a couple of questions?

1. What kind of thread is considered dead?
2. Doesnt it help posting to an "old" thread (as i found out that it gets admin attention as well) to get help with something that you are stuck with? Even if the game is not new, but you just got it and need help with something yourself that you find frustrating?
4. Reserecting can be helpful to some,cant it?
3. Can posts be deleted? What if they are legit, and not cruel and unusual?

I just would like to know, im kinda new, but i would like very much to be completely legitimate.

Thread over 3 months old are considered dead. To be honest, 2 months and 1 month are pretty much dead as well, we're definitely less lenient on them though.

We allow the following exceptions for resurrection....

1. The response adds something to the thread. "Thanks" and "Cheers" are not adequate reasons. Adding something requires actually adding something i.e. an alternate strategy, etc

2. To ask a follow up question. Saves making a new thread ;)
