Since this thread is already here asking for fell arms help an searchin didn't do me much of any good... anyone know when the fell arms are fully powered? On 2nd playthrough right now an still every kill they keep goin up. Highest is Yuri (killshot whore apparently) an he's hittin for about 15-18k a hit now an his fell arm is still goin up. So when does it stop? What's max? Also does it have ta be melee kills? For Rita's would it count if I killed somethin with a spell?
